Stakeholders include students, teachers, support staff, parents, community members and administrators. On January 31, 2008, the stakeholders gathered at the Chester County Intermediate Unit to discuss and write belief statements in the following areas:
Other the next three months, the stakeholders broke into smaller groups to create goals and action plans related to the belief statements in each area. The documents created were honed and joined to create the strategic plan.
In August, the plan was submitted to the School Board of Directors for review and posted to this site. A vote to approve the plan will occur at the September Board meeting.
