Unionville-Chadds Ford School District

About

A student walks out of school smiling on the last day

Founded in 1923, the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) spans approximately 77 square miles across Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania, proudly serving Birmingham Township, Chadds Ford Township, East Marlborough Township, Newlin Township, Pennsbury Township, Pocopson Township, and West Marlborough Township.

Consistently ranked among the top public school districts in Pennsylvania, UCFSD is comprised of four elementary schools, one middle school, and Unionville High School.

As a values-driven organization, we empower our community's children through our shared commitments to educational excellence, a superior school experience, a people-centered culture, and principled stewardship.

UCFSD educators do more than just deliver a rigorous academic curriculum to our 3,500+ students. Our graduates leave us inspired to learn, succeed in life, contribute to society, take care of themselves, and build their character.
