Open Records Office


The Board recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the acts of the District and the repository of information about the District. The Board acknowledges the Right-to-Know Law, which gives the public the right to inspect and secure copies of the District’s public records, with certain exceptions.

UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19 PANDEMIC 
The District is currently closed pursuant to the Governor’s orders, and as a result, it will be unable to receive and process RTKL requests by fax, in person, or by mail until it reopens.
