Tom Day was appointed to the Board in 2017 and lives in Birmingham Township with his wife Eileen and their three children. He is very grateful for the exemplary and well-rounded education his children are currently receiving as students in the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District.
Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Williams College and an MBA from Duke University. He has spent over 20 years working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. He worked for 13 years in various financial leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline before assuming his current position in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer of Azura Vascular Care.
Tom has a long history of involvement in his community. He is a regular coach of his children's sports teams, is a Sunday school teacher and former elder at his church, and is a Cub Scout den leader. Tom finds great fulfillment in giving back to a community which has been such a wonderful place to live and is honored to serve his community as a School Board Director.
