The Business Office is responsible for the financial affairs of the School District.

Duties include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Budgeting
  • Coordination of Federal, State and Independent Audits
  • Employee Benefits
  • Financial Reporting
  • Fixed Assets Management
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing/Bidding
  • Revenue Reporting
    • School Real Estate Taxes
    • State and Federal Subsidies
    • Facility Use Billing
  • Risk Management

The Building and Grounds, Transportation and Food Service Departments also fall under the responsibilities of the Director of Business & Operations.
