Our district wants families to know about valuable programs and resources in the community. To facilitate delivery of this information, approved community organizations can send their flyers home to families digitally through Peachjar. Parents will receive flyers as actionable images in their inbox and can click to immediately take action. Be sure to send your flyer to us with enough lead time for your event/activity. Additionally, all approved flyers will be posted to the school’s web flyerboard in Peachjar.

Prior to partnering with Peachjar, program providers information was simply added to our community bulletin board within our website. Parents would need to proactively navigate to the page in order to see these resources. Now, using this new platform, your flyers will be promoted alongside school-sponsored events and programs and will be emailed directly to families in our district, increasing the visibility of your program and/or service.

Distributing your flyer through Peachjar is easy!

Please make sure to view our Flyer Guidelines below prior to submitting your flyer for approval.

Upon launch, you can register at www.peachjar.com as a program provider and select your school(s) for distribution. Include call-to-action buttons like “Register Now” or “Learn More”. At checkout, Peachjar will charge a small fee to submit your PDF flyer. Once your flyer is approved by the District, it will be emailed to parents and posted to each school’s flyerboard. Parents can view your flyer on the go, share on social media or send it to a friend – you can even view metrics to see how your flyer is performing.

**BEFORE SUBMITTING PLEASE MAKE SURE...

• That flyer is a PDF file (vertical layout, 8.5 x 11 inches) and smaller than 50 MB in file size
• To include any call to action links/urls (i.e. registration, sign-up, donate, learn more, who to email, etc.)

 

 

 

 

 

Important information from your child’s school can now be viewed right from your smartphone! Flyers will be posted to each school’s website and can be accessed by clicking the Peachjar button on your school’s homepage.

 

Additionally, school-approved digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox where you can easily click to sign up for events and programs.

No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school.  To ensure you don’t miss notifications, we suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email.  You can unsubscribe to PeachJar emails at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any PeachJar email.
