Healthy Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 frozen banana or one frozen avocado
- 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/8 tsp salt to bring out the flavor
- Cacao nibs or chocolate chips - optional
- Whipped cream - optional
Blend all ingredients and top with whipped cream!
