Registration opens on Tuesday, April 9 at 4 p.m.
Part of wellness includes helping others in our community! Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to Wellness Day on April 23. Donations can be put in the containers in the UHS Auditorium Lobby, and will be taken to the Kennett Food Cupboard at the end of the day. Let’s see how much we can collect to help our community!

Presenter: Quinn Conover, Owner & FAA Certified Drone Pilot
Max Group Size: 25
Quinn has run his own aerial photography business for over five years. During the session, Quinn will share a general introduction to flying drones. The capabilities of drones continues to grow - for enterprises and individual flyers. The session will offer a few volunteers a chance to fly the drones - including an FPV drone which is piloted wearing goggles - quite an immersive experience. Quinn looks forward to sharing his expertise with all the attendees.

Dive into the serene world of fly fishing! You will learn the fundamentals of casting from ashore, mastering the graceful art of presenting your fly with precision and finesse. Learn to decipher the secrets of the water as you understand its currents and hidden pockets where fish lurk. With the guidance of seasoned experts, seize the chance to apply your newfound skills on the tranquil waters, casting lines alongside experienced mentors to reel in unforgettable experiences. *This session is for all levels*
Class will begin with gentle postures done from a chair or the floor as a warm up, followed by 2-3 restorative postures (passive stretching) utilizing various props such as blankets, blocks and bolster-type pillows for support. While great for beginners, it is also a good compliment to any workout regime, recovery plan, or lifestyle. Props will be provided or you may bring your own.

TEDxUnionvilleHS is a branch of the TEDx program. Through this organization, community members are given a platform to share their "idea worth spreading." Additionally, TEDx allows local members to contribute to a global movement and dialogue. These talks have a wide range of subject matter; speakers talk about science, relationships, life, and many other topics. TEDxUnionvilleHS is curated by high school students, making it especially unique. This year, TEDxUnionvilleHS hosted their event, "Power of Perspective," which was inspired by the insight that exposure to different perspectives can bring and emphasizes the importance of keeping an open mind.

This is a fundraiser and UTHON receives a portion of the profits from every order. Lunch orders must be placed and paid for by Tuesday, April 16 at 8 a.m.

Do you wish you had a better system for backing-up and actually seeing your favorite photos? If so, this workshop, led by Amanda Jefferson, Owner of Indigo Organizing and self-proclaimed "Tech Whisperer" is for you. After this workshop, you'll be able to:
- Organize your work and personal email in a way that works for you, using inbox settings you've probably never heard of.
- Set up a password program like 1Password so that you can finally start using more secure passwords than "yourdogsname1234".
- Learn tips and tricks for working faster and smarter on your computer, whether you have a Mac or a PC.
- Access your favorite photos with a click of a button and decide which photo tool is the best for you.
- We'll also have plenty of time for questions. So, come ready to discuss YOUR biggest tech challenge!

Board a bus and head to Baldwin’s Book Barn, an inveterate and unique institution of Chester County. Baldwin's Book Barn Used Book Store is inside a 200-yr-old dairy barn originally built by Brinton Stroud Darlington. The yard and much of the land surrounding was the Darlington homestead for many years. The earlier Mr. & Mrs. Baldwin purchased the old barn in 1948 and converted it into the book store, with a house on one side where they raised their children. Many of the book shelves upstairs were constructed from fruit crates the Baldwin's obtained from their local grocer. Today there are over 200,000 used and antique books on 4 floors, with more being donated each day. *Please note there are no elevators or ramps, and some steep stairs.

Take a trip to Penn Vet New Bolton Center for a brief overview of what they do followed by a tour of the main hospital. New Bolton Center is world-renowned for its groundbreaking research centers and laboratories and the hospital is one of the top academic large animal hospitals in the U.S.
Please come prepared to be outside in all kinds of weather without umbrellas, which may be frightening to many large animals. Additionally, the tour will be in the middle of a full and busy day so we will do our best not to disrupt the clinicians, students, clients and patients.

Raising Chickens, Goats and Pigs-- come visit the Thompson’s Farm and enjoy the snuggly animals. Participants are encouraged to wear old shoes/boots so that you can go in the pasture with the animals or handle the animals if you would like. Please dress appropriately for the weather. There is a sink with hot water at the barn for hand washing.
