The Business Office is responsible for the financial affairs of the School District.
Duties include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting
- Coordination of Federal, State and Independent Audits
- Employee Benefits
- Financial Reporting
- Fixed Assets Management
- Payroll
- Purchasing/Bidding
- Revenue Reporting
- School Real Estate Taxes
- State and Federal Subsidies
- Facility Use Billing
- Risk Management
The Building and Grounds, Transportation, and Food Service Departments also fall under the responsibilities of the Director of Business & Operations.
