Attention Fall Sport Athletes!
Parents and student-athletes are required to register and submit a PIAA Sports Physical Exam Form (CIPPE) prior to participating on a sports team. All registrations should be submitted electronically through FamilyID. Please here for directions on how to register via FamilyID.
