ArbiterSports (Sports Registration)

Every student-athlete must have a complete physical exam prior to participating on a sports team. This physical exam must be completed after May 1 and is valid until April 30. No student-athlete will be allowed to practice or compete until the proper paperwork is completed and verified by our athletic training staff.
 
All sections of the PIAA CIPPE Form will be completed electronically via ArbiterSports (formerly FamilyID). However, a hard copy of Section 6 (formerly Section 7) must be printed and completed by your provider. Once completed, please scan and upload the Section 6 form into FamilyID. You can even take a picture from your cell phone and upload.

 

ArbiterSports Registration Instructions

Follow these steps:

1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.

2. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using ArbiterSports, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have an account.

3. Create your secure ArbiterSports account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), Email address and password. Select I Agree to the ArbiterSports Terms of Service. Click Create Account.

4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your Email filters (spam, junk, etc.)).

5. Click on the link in your activation Email, which will log you in to ArbiterSports.

6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red * are required to have an answer.

7. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.

8. Review your registration summary.

9. Click the green Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from ArbiterSports confirming your registration.
