Values & Standards

During the 2018-2019 school year, UCFSD welcomed New York Times Best-Selling Author, John O’Sullivan, to our community. He challenged our athletics community to create a culture around a shared set of values and standards (as opposed to rules) that would help shape our culture. As a result, a committee worked with our community to develop OUR shared values and set out to make sure that they “weren’t just a sheet of paper” but rather a living, breathing document. Since then, our athletes, staff, and community have embraced these values and standards in many different ways.
