Patton MiniTHON this weekend was a HUGE success! The UTHON committee leaders and members put on an awesome event for just under 300 Patton students. They have been planning for 3 months and experienced true service learning while serving as positive role models for their peers, as well as the Patton students. Those Patton students, their teachers, families and other community members banded together to blow through the $15,000 fundraising goal, raising $36, 730.15 in just 2 weeks.
This couldn’t have been done without the help of the Patton admin team, Colleen O'Neill, Laurie Palic, John Walsh, the Patton PTO, as well as the always exceptional custodial team at the high school. All helped provide proper and safe planning, supervision, food donations and the result was a fantastic night that did the hearts good of all who attended.
As an extension of UTHON, Patton's incredible efforts have officially put them over $50,000 towards their overall goal of $100,000. AND IT'S ONLY NOVEMBER!!!!
