Unionville-Chadds Ford School District Celebrates Winners of Annual Holiday Card Design Contest
The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) is pleased to announce the winners of its 2025-26 Holiday Card Design Contest: Pocopson Elementary School (PES) Third Grader Evangeline Johnsen, Charles F. Patton Middle School (CFPMS) 8th Grader Vanessa Dong and Unionville High School (UHS) Sophomore Nina Messa.
Runners up include:
- Elementary School: Chadds Ford Elementary School (CFES) Third Grader Kelliana Sunyata and PES Fifth Grader Alistair Wolfrom.
- Middle School: CFPMS 8th Graders Victoria Sha and Ian Arthur
- High School: UHS Senior Cherri Yuan and Freshman Madison Walls
UCFSD invites all K-12 students to participate in this annual tradition. First place winners at the elementary, middle and high school levels have their winter-themed artwork featured on the front of the District’s holiday cards, available at all schools for UCFSD staff to use before the holiday break. This year, the District received 74 entries.
“We are so proud to celebrate the incredible talent of our student artists as we send warm holiday wishes to our community,” said UCFSD Director of Communications & Community Relations Nikki Laroya.
Winners and runners up are invited to be recognized at the District’s January Regular Board Meeting.
