To continue to raise awareness of the danger of Spotted Lanternfly, the Pennsylvania Departments of Agriculture and Education today announced a 2020 youth calendar contest for students across the state in grades 1 through 8. The purpose of this contest is to educate students and their families about what they can do to help stop the insect’s spread. Read more.

If you have not had a chance to see the Patton Middle School student show that runs in conjunction with the N.C. Wyeth, New Perspectives exhibit, time is running out. The River Museum will change close the show on September 15th. The N.C. Wyeth show is really terrific and our kids work is pretty awesome too!!

Wednesday, August 28 at Hawk Time in the auditorium we will be holding our Music Ensembles Informational Meeting. This is a time for students to find out information about all of the music ensemble offerings here at Patton (Band, Chorus, Orchestra, and Handbells) All sixth graders will attend and any interested 7/8th graders.
