Family Outreach Committee (FOCUS)
FOCUS is a committee of the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District Education Foundation, organized by parents in partnership with UCFSD administration. The committee promotes well-being for our families and healthy choices for youth in our community by providing seminars, workshops, webinars, and resources.
FOCUS meets bi-monthly and welcomes UCFSD parents/guardians to join us!

Never Enough
FOCUS is excited to announce the return of our annual Community Book Read and Conversation in 2026-27, an initiative that connects Unionville parents, caregivers, and educators.
We are thrilled to continue this tradition with our newest book selection: Never Enough by Jennifer Breheny Wallace.
Never Enough addresses the pressures facing today’s children and offers insight into how we can better support their well-being, sense of worth, and resilience. We invite you to read the book wherever you are this summer.
When we return in the fall, FOCUS will host an evening of discussions designed to deepen our community’s understanding and create space for supportive conversations.
Whether you participated before or are joining for the first time, we warmly invite you to read along with us and be part of this shared experience. More details about the fall 2026 event will be shared soon!
