Building & Facilities Maintenance
We oversee the proactive care and rapid repair of structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our goal is minimal disruption to classroom instruction and maximum comfort for occupants.
Grounds & Athletics Complexes
Our team manages hundreds of acres of beautiful campus terrain, walkways, and premier athletic fields, ensuring they are safe, accessible, and beautifully maintained for competitive sports and community use.
Environmental Health & Safety Compliance
We strictly adhere to all state and federal regulations to guarantee peace of mind. This includes rigorous, routine testing and reporting on indoor air quality, water safety, and AHERA compliance.
Long-Range Planning & Fiscal Responsibility
