Facilities Use
The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) welcomes community use of our school facilities when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school activities, and is not detrimental to the purpose of our schools.
For more information, please see UCFSD Policy 707 (Use of School Facilities) (Use of School Facilities) and UCFSD Policy 707-AG-0 (Administrative Guidelines and Facility Use Fee Schedule).
All Facilities requests are completed online using a program called Follett Software. Staff, community groups, and residents can make facility use requests by following the steps below.
Facilities Use Requests
1. Register For a New Account
UCFSD staff and return users may skip this step.
2. Log In
UCFSD staff should login in via Google Single Sign-On using their campus login credentials. Community users previously registered through School Dude should use their School Dude login credentials.
3. Reserve
Please check the calendar to ensure the facility you are requesting is available and follow the steps to reserve it. Once submitted, you will receive an email when your request has been acted on. If you choose to reserve our facility, standard fees will be charged according to your classification. Additional fees are charged for custodial, maintenance, and technology support. Any organization using District facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current certificate of insurance on file with the District.
